Join CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, as the Process Improvement and Analytics Advisor, where you will be an essential contributor to streamlining operations of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business. You will be critical to driving profitable growth of the PBM businesses and will identify new operational initiatives that have a profound impact on the future direction of the company overall.

You will be engaged across all functions of Underwriting, Analytics, and Financial operations, with particular emphasis on leading and solving complex problems via root cause analysis, solution ideation, design, testing, and measurement. You will participate in multiple work streams, consisting of several initiatives. You will also be involved in executing pilot programs. In this high impact role, you will be joining a group that operates in focused project teams, who is also a major contributor to larger project teams, .

You will have the opportunity to work closely with business partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business, solve problems, and present recommendations. In this role you will operate in a highly complex and dynamic environment while working directly with internal clients at all levels (e.g., finance, underwriting, account management, sales and operations) as well as external vendors.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

- Scoping, planning, and performing quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand; understand and procure the required information to complete the analyses.

- Engaging cross-functionally across the organization to recommend solutions, execute test and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary.

- Participate and lead internal and external meetings to provide status, progression, and ensuring that client and CVS Health business decisions are aligned.

The ideal candidate will be team oriented and a self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control work flow deadlines and be flexible. You will utilize your good follow-up and time management skills as well as your demonstrated ability to support services confidently in a highly competitive market. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including solid experience with group presentations, strong decision making, strong creative problem solving, and management of details to closure will also be critical to your success.

The preferred location for this position is either Northbrook, IL or Scottsdale, AZ. However, a work from home arrangement will also be considered.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of high level analytical experience in an operational environment with experience in building complex business models.
- 5 years of business process improvement or project management experience
- Some occasional travel, up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications
- Lean six sigma, green belt or black belt preferred
- Ownership over a product/tool or a portion of a business preferred
- Masters is preferred
- Visio experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree is required,
